Application

IEC 60068-2-75 provides three test methods for determining the ability of a specimen to withstand rigorous impacts and therefore evaluate the safety of a product.

System Description

PHS-01 has a steady structure and is mainly composed of control box, pendulum lifting and releasing unit,  and sample clamping unit.

 

Technical Features 

PHS-01 Pendulum Hammer Striking Tester is a PLC controlled unit(industrial level stable) and HMI touch screen operated. Sychonized belt driven pendulum lifting and meganetic pendulum releasing design. By simply clicking the impact engergy on screen, the system will automatically lift the hammer to the corresponding height. Then when test start, the pendulum automatically releases from the latch and impact the sample.

 

Sample mounting fixture is strictly standard conformed and it can be adjusted with plywood thickness and can be turned about as well, to keep sample perpendicular to impact hammer direction.
